POCKET SPRINGS (SACKED)
The springs are individual sacked and electronically stitched up that guaranties comfort due to the independent working system of the springs. RESORTE POCKET
Los resortes son embolsados individualmente, costureados electrónicamente garantizando confort individual debido a la independencia con que trabaja el sistema de resorte. BONNEL SPRINGS WITH ELASTIC BELTS
The helical (Bonnel) springs are fastened on the wood base with non-ferrous clamps distributed at points previously calculated. The springs are fitted on areas with more weight concentration where seated. It mean, in the center of the place to seat, under the layer of foam. The elastic belts that fix the foam layer are plaited within the helical springs performing a joint on the comfort system. This system gives a fluctuate effect on the sofa seat. The body pressed the foam that presses the springs and belts. When the body moves from the sofa the entire structure (springs and belts) presses the foam up, soften the deformatio of the foam, avoid appearance of wrinkle and crumple the tissue, and due to this system is to stretch out the tissue. This system is proper for large seats and chaise with a large area to seat.
RESORTE BONNEL TRANZADO CON CINTAS ELÁSTICAS
Los resortes Bonnel son fijados en la estructura de madera a través de grapas no oxidantes en puntos previamente calculados, donde habrá una mayor concentración de peso cuando una persona esté sentada, o sea: en las partes centrales de los asientos, debajo de las mantas de espumas. Las cintas elásticas que soportan las mantas de espumas son tranzadas a través de los resortes, proporcionando un trabamiento del sistema de confort. Este sistema concede un efecto fluctuante al asiento del sofá (tipo cama elástica). El cuerpo hace presión en la espuma y en los resortes hacia abajo. Cuando el cuerpo se mueve del sofá, la estructura empuja la espuma hacia arriba, suavizando la deformación de la espuma, evitando con eso las arrugas en los tejidos. Este tipo de confort es ideal para asientos enteros y chaise longue con gran extensión de asiento.
ELASTIC BELTS
The elastic belts are fixed on the wood structure in booth directions of the seat, i.e., in the length and wideness. The belts are plaited to allow movement according to the pressure of the body when seated. This system is proper for sofas with more dept and for sofas with loose cushions with high thickness. Comfort is created by the stretch of the belts when fixed on the structure of the sofa. The elasticity range is mechanically controlled to give uniformity to the belts on the sofas. The level of more soft or more firm comfort is controlled by the strength give to the sofa.
CINTAS ELÁSTICAS
Las cintas elásticas son fijadas en la estructura de madera en los dos sentidos, o sea: profundidad y largura. Las cintas elásticas son tranzadas entre si, para que trabajen de forma uniforme cuando reciban la presión de la persona que se sienta. Este sistema es interesante para sofás de grandes profundidades y largura, para almohadas sueltas y para quien busca extremo confort. Ya que la presión ejercida hace con que las almohadas sueltas hundan más que los otros.
NOSAG SPRINGS
Nosag springs are fixed on the wood structure directed to the back, with plastic fasteners and non-ferrous clamps. The springs move down according to the pressure made on the foam layer when seated. This system is recommended for sofas with large seat and fixed cushions and high denseness foam. The number of turns of the spring when fitted on the sofa generates the comfort. Also, the number of turns of the springs is controlled to give uniformity of the same sofa. This system pushes up the foam layer, reduces the deformation and avoids the appearance of wrinkle and crumple of the tissue, due to this system is to stretch out the tissue.
RESORTES NOSAG
Los resortes Nosag son fijados en la estructura de madera en el sentido de la profundidad, a través de grapas plásticas de alta resistencia. Los resortes trabajan de acuerdo con la presión ejercida al sentarse. Este sistema es muy interesante para sofás de pequeña profundidad y principalmente de almohadas fijas, pero con gran espesor de espuma. El confort es generado debido al número de vueltas que se ponen en el resorte cuando se lo fija en la estructura del sofá. Un número más grande de vueltas, o sea, resortes con más largura, hará con que el sofá tenga un mejor confort. Este sistema de confort empuja la espuma hacia arriba, suavizando la deformación de la espuma, evitando con eso las arrugas en los tejidos.
