INTERNAL REGULATIONS 1 . The Objective: It is within the values of the Bell' Arte Company to value its employees, customers and suppliers, always committing ourselves to act with integrity and transparency. We strive for a work environment in which there is respect and ethics among everyone. Ensuring a healthy and respectful work environment is our mission. With this in mind, Bell' Arte developed a policy to prevent Moral and Sexual Harassment at work, which promotes awareness and provides clear guidance for everyone who is part of the company. Our main objective is to promote a safe work environment for everyone. It is very important to highlight that moral and sexual harassment is an abusive and unacceptable practice in our company. two . Application: This Harassment Prevention policy applies to all branches and their employees, third parties, suppliers, service providers, interns, consultants, temporary employees, representatives, including all Bell'Arte business partners. 3 . Definition: For the purposes of this policy, it is important that everyone understands what constitutes Moral and Sexual Harassment at work. Examples: insults, defamation, ridicule, social exclusion, imposition of impossible tasks, threats, professional sabotage, public humiliation, discrimination, intentional isolation, among others. Bullying is defined as abusive, persistent and repetitive behavior that occurs in the workplace, and which aims to harm, humiliate, embarrass, intimidate or cause psychological suffering to an individual. This type of behavior goes beyond normal workplace conflicts and is characterized by intentional actions to emotionally affect another person. 4. Violation of internal regulations In cases of violation of any provision established herein, appropriate disciplinary measures will be adopted, considering the applicable labor legislation, guaranteeing the right to contradictory proceedings and full defense. The severity of corrective measures will depend on the severity of the errors committed. Corrective measures range from a written warning to dismissal for just cause, regardless of possible criminal proceedings before the competent authorities. Any employee who is aware of non-compliance with the provisions of the Regulations, or has doubts regarding its content, must contact their superior or the Human Resources Sector in order to present any possible situations or resolve their doubts. 5.
